Ron Josef Danziger

Ron Josef Danziger

Composer, vocalist, actor

Composer for Quantum Classics Inc Pte Ltd (A Music and Film production company)

From a young age, Ron Josef Danziger showed a deep connection to music, first picking up a guitar at 12 yr. Just four years later, he attended Melbourne’s Victoria College of the Arts, as part of the program for gifted youth, with a focus on music.
An “intense and impassioned devotee” of classic rock, blues, and jazz, his childhood dream was to one day step inside the legendary Abbey Road Studios”.

That dream began to take shape in late 2016 when, as a medical student at the University of Melbourne, he joined the ALAN team as a composer. Over 2017 and 2018, Ron composed five key songs for the project, which is now known as the LIM Trilogy. These songs—”Life on the Shelf,” “Off to College,” “Timeless,” “Evil Professor,” and “Boy Scientist”—were orchestrated by lead composer Manu Martin. They were featured in two major releases: the orchestral album Lim Fantasy of Companionship for Piano and Orchestra (April 2021) and the pop album ALAN’s Fantasy (April 2022).

Contributions to the LIM Trilogy

Ron continued his work on the trilogy, composing five more songs for LIM II: Cosmic Rhapsody: “Humanimate,” “Elevator Up,” “Pie in the Sky,” “Print a Purple Lavvy,” and “Purple Cave.” These were also orchestrated by Manu Martin and included in the orchestral album LIM Cosmic Rhapsody for Piano and Orchestra, released on Decca Classics in May 2025. The songs will be released in an upcoming album LIM Cosmic Rhapsody Pop on Signum Records in February 2026.

A composer, singer, and actor, Ron’s exceptional and multifaceted talents shine through his prolific work, which spans genres from pop and rock to funk and folk. His artistic skill has been particularly highlighted by three standout compositions:

* “Timeless” has become a cornerstone of the first opus, LIM I – Fantasy of Companionship. It was recently re-arranged and recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and singer Tom Ball, of America’s Got Talent fame, for a single release and music video in June 2025.

* “Humanimate” is the embodiment of the project’s scientific vision for the Cosmic Rhapsody. The song, with lyrics by Susan Lim, explores an alien with a unique genetic code—ATGC-SBPZ—that combines human and synthetic elements. Ron’s compositional intent was to mirror this scientific journey through music: he used a classic, operatic style for the ‘old science’ of organic DNA and then transitioned to a rock opera format for the ‘new science’ of synthetic DNA, highlighting a journey of discovery and evolution within the song.

* “Life on the Coral Shelf” is a powerful piece that champions environmental preservation, focusing on the critical issue of coral reef protection. This piece will be the climactic anchor song for the third opus of the trilogy, the upcoming LIM Symphony of Oceans 2025.

His list of compositions is in Appendix A.
